*2022 Leadership Development Program - Introductory Modules
**Once an order is placed, a separate email will be sent to all registrants which includes a Zoom access link for the monthly sessions. The first session will be held on April 13, 2022 and each webinar will be scheduled the second Wednesday of each month (9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Central).**

The Leadership Development Program focuses on the soft skills a leader needs to achieve his or her full potential. Everyone in the workforce develops hard skills required to be employed in the fenestration and glazing industry, but developing soft skills (communicating effectively with people, recognizing a company's culture and effectively aligning with that culture, understanding accountability in the workplace, etc.) provides the necessary intangibles to become a great leader. The Program offers one module monthly for twelve months, via online webinar/broadcast.
