2024 Leadership Development Program (Hybrid) - New Participant Registration (Non-Member)
**Once an order is placed, a separate email will be sent to all registrants which includes the online training platform (10 main topics + associated sub-topics) and Zoom access links. The first live Zoom session will be held on April 10, 2024 (10-11:30 a.m. Central); the second on July 10, 2024 (10-11 a.m. Central) and the final wrap-up session on October 9, 2024 (10-12 noon Central).**

The Leadership Development Program focuses on the soft skills a leader needs to achieve his or her full potential. Everyone in the workforce develops hard skills required to be employed in the fenestration and glazing industry, but developing soft skills (communicating effectively with people, recognizing a company's culture and effectively aligning with that culture, understanding accountability in the workplace, etc.) provides the necessary intangibles to become a great leader.

This edition will feature a new hybrid format that will incorporate both online, self-paced training (10 main topics), as well as three live Zoom webinars.
